United KingdomI am so pleased with my purchase, it’s beautifully crafted and finished. The team were really helpful in arranging personalisation which again is great! The bag is a really good size, very spacious and the additional shoe compartment is perfect. The zips seem very good quality as do the strap clasps. The bag arrived extremely quickly and flat packed which although the bag likes to fall back into does not seem to have left any indents or marks. So very happy and could not recommend highly enough!
